Job summary

Technopride Ltd in London (Farringdon area) is seeking a SAP Datasphere Testing Consultant with strong expertise in data modelling, HR domain processes, and SuccessFactors integration to validate data accuracy and governance across analytics platforms.

You will perform end-to-end testing of SAP Datasphere components, HR datasets, and HR dashboards, collaborating with HR teams and IT to ensure secure, compliant data flows.

Qualifications

• Experience testing SAP Datasphere end-to-end.
• Strong HR data modelling and domain knowledge.
• Experience with SuccessFactors integrations via APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation.
• Ability to validate data governance and security.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing of SAP Datasphere components including spaces, connections, data flows, views and models.
• Validate HR data models for Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance, Compensation and Workforce Management.
• Test SuccessFactors integrations using OData APIs and model datasets from Employee Central and Compensation.
• Ensure data flow, transformations, lineage and modelling consistency across environments.
• Verify governance, data quality, security rules and alignment with enterprise reporting needs.
