The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, alignment with enterprise architecture, and seamless data flows between SAP Datasphere, SuccessFactors, and downstream systems.

Qualifications

• SAP Datasphere testing expertise required.
• HR data models: Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance, Compensation, Workforce Management.
• Experience testing SuccessFactors integrations via OData APIs.
• Data governance, lineage, security rules, and data quality.
• Ability to validate datasets across datasphere, SF, and downstream systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end SAP Datasphere component testing (Spaces, Connections, Data Flows, Views, Analytical Models).
• Validate data pipelines, transformations, and modelling consistency across environments.
• Ensure Datasphere models align with enterprise reporting needs.
• Test HR data models and KPIs; work with HR teams to reflect requirements.
• Test SuccessFactors integrations and data flows between SF, Datasphere and downstream systems.
• Verify data harmonization, governance, and security across HR data warehouses.

We are seeking a highly skilledSAP Datasphere Testing Consultantwith strong expertise in data modelling, HR domain processes, and SuccessFactors integration. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in validating SAP Datasphere components, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and seamless integration across HR systems and analytics platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Datasphere Testing

• Perform end-to-end testing of SAP Datasphere components including:
  
• Spaces, Connections, Data Flows, Views, and Analytical Models.
  
• Semantic modelling, business layer definitions, and metadata structures.
  
• Validate data pipelines, transformations, lineage, and modelling consistency across environments.
  
• Ensure alignment of Datasphere models with enterprise architecture and reporting needs.
  

HR Domain Testing Expertise

• Apply strong HR functional knowledge while testing data models related to:
  
• Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance Management, Compensation, and Workforce Management.
  
• Validate HR KPIs, metrics, and reporting structures for accuracy and completeness.
  
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure business requirements are correctly reflected in analytical datasets.
  

SuccessFactors Integration Testing

• Perform testing and validation of SuccessFactors integrations using OData APIs.
  
• Model and test datasets sourced from:
  
• Employee Central
  
• Compensation
  
• Additional SuccessFactors modules as required
  
• Ensure smooth data flow and transformation between SuccessFactors, Datasphere, and downstream systems.
  

Data Management & Governance Testing

• Test data harmonization and transformation processes for consistency and alignment with business rules.
  
• Validate data governance frameworks, quality checks, lineage tracking, and security rules.
  
• Work with HR data warehouses such as MDFC/CDW or similar platforms to ensure accurate integration and modelling.
  

Additional Skills & Responsibilities

• Utilize SQL for data validation, query-based testing, and troubleshooting.
  
• Apply best practices in data modelling and analytical design during testing cycles.
  
• Support validation of SAC Planning models and their integration with SAP Datasphere.
  
• Demonstrate understanding of cloud architecture, data security, and compliance in testing activities.
