Tesco Travel Money in partnership with Travelex is recruiting a Travel Service Partner for Newmarket. You will welcome customers, advise on travel money products, and process foreign exchange transactions in a busy bureau environment.

The role offers flexible shifts, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow within the travel money service. 25 days holiday pro-rata, with a monthly bonus potential and attractive benefits.

Travel Money Advisor – Tesco Travel Money - Newmarket

Location: Newmarket

Hours: 25 hours per week

Pay: £13.50 per hour + monthly bonus incentive

Contract: 12 month fixed term contract, part time

As a Travel Service Partner, you’ll be part of a friendly team in one of our Bureaus, supporting our customers with their travel money needs and delivering brilliant service every time.

What the job involves

• Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service.
• Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs
• Putting your training into action and offering expert advice on our products and services.
• Working in a fast-paced environment processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately so our customers leave happy.
• Working together as a team driving performance, delivering excellence and celebrating success together.
• Following company processes and paying attention to the detail to ensure everything stays on track.
