Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Night Shift Lead to guide store teams in delivering a superior customer experience. You will work across store areas, support colleagues, and lead in the Manager’s absence while maintaining strong communication and coaching to drive service levels.

Tesco Shift Lead Night pay starts at 15.59 per hour, rising to 16.86 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of 2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what were looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
