Tesco UK is hiring a Shift Lead to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will lead in-store teams, coordinate across departments, and act as the senior on-site presence when the Manager is away, ensuring smooth service and a positive working environment.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
