Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to help deliver a great in-store experience. You will lead the team across all store areas, act as the go-to person for daily operational queries, and build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.

In this role you will confidently step in for the Store Manager when required, make balanced, flexible decisions, coach colleagues, and maintain high standards of service.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at �15.59 per hour, rising to �16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
