Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to coordinate daily store operations and lead a team in delivering outstanding customer service. You will be the go-to person for day-to-day queries, support all areas of the store, and step in when the Manager is absent.

We offer a structured shift pattern, minimum 16 hours per week, and pay starts at £15.59/hr, rising to £16.86/hr in larger stores. Applicants must be 18+ and enjoy working in a fast-paced, inclusive retail environment.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at �15.59 per hour, rising to �16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
