Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to drive store operations and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be the in-store lead, guiding colleagues, coaching, and ensuring great service for customers.

The role is anchored in delivering a positive customer experience and collaborating across store areas. You will be expected to communicate clearly, build a supportive team culture, and step up in the absence of the store manager.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at �15.59 per hour, rising to �16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
