Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead role in UK stores: lead daily operations, guide the team to deliver great customer service, and ensure standards across departments.

You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day queries, coach colleagues, and model exceptional service, with flexibility to cover shifts and adapt to change. Minimum 16 hours weekly with hourly pay in the £15.59–£16.86 range.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at �15.59 per hour, rising to �16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
