Tesco (Tesco) is seeking a Store Shift Lead to oversee day-to-day store operations and lead a team in delivering great customer service. You’ll be responsible for coordinating shifts, guiding colleagues, and ensuring a smooth in-store experience across departments.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
