Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead role in the United Kingdom invites an energetic leader to drive store service and daily operations across all areas. You will coach and develop colleagues, resolve issues on the floor, and model outstanding customer care to create a welcoming environment for every shopper.

The role supports flexible working and requires reliability within defined availability windows, with a minimum of 16 hours per week and 18+ age eligibility.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
