Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to guide the store team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will supervise day-to-day operations, coordinate across store areas, and act as the store’s lead in the Manager’s absence.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, clear communication, and a passion for service in a busy retail environment. Applicants must be 18 or over and able to work flexible hours including weekends.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
