Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead in Glasgow. You will guide store teams to deliver great in-store experiences, manage day-to-day operations, and respond to customer needs with a calm, proactive approach.

The role offers guaranteed minimum hours each week (minimum 16) and a pay rate starting at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in certain stores. 18+ eligibility and flexibility to cover availability windows are required.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment. Â
