Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to help run busy store floors in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on leading a team, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth day-to-day store operations during shifts.

We offer a minimum of 16 hours per week with shifts scheduled in advance. You must be 18 or over to apply, and flexible working arrangements are possible to fit the store’s needs.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
