Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise in-store operations and lead a team across all departments. You will ensure excellent customer service, manage daily tasks, and support colleagues to perform at their best in a fast-paced retail environment. 18+ and ready to be a strong role model for service excellence.

The role offers set availability windows, minimum 16 hours per week, and pay starting at £15.59 per hour with increases to £16.86 in certain stores.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
