Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to help run busy store floors and lead a team to deliver a great customer experience. You’ll supervise across departments and act as the go-to person for day-to-day queries, ensuring service standards remain high.

Your role supports colleagues, adapts flexibly to change, and helps the store operate smoothly, with a focus on inclusivity and quality service.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what were looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

You will be responsible for

• To be over 18 for this role.
