Job summary

Tesco Store Shift Lead role focused on delivering a great in-store experience for customers. You will lead daily operations, coordinate across departments, and mentor colleagues while acting as the Manager in their absence.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts.

You will be responsible for

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.

You will need

• To be over 18 for this role.
• Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment. Â
• Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer's needs are met.
• Build positive, long-lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
• A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
