Tesco is hiring for a Shift Lead to manage store operations in the United Kingdom. The role requires leading a team across all store areas, coaching staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service while working within set weekly availability windows.

You will be the go-to leader in the manager’s absence and help maintain a positive, inclusive team environment during busy shifts. The position offers a minimum guaranteed hours week, with variable shifts including weekends, and a starting hourly

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
