Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to guide the in-store team and ensure excellent customer service. You will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate across departments and act as a key point of contact in the Manager’s absence.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a fast-paced retail environment, strong communication, and a passion for serving customers. Roles offer flexible hours with a minimum guaranteed weekly hours.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at �15.59 per hour, rising to �16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks� notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we�re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
