Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Store Shift Lead in Bolton to drive in-store operations, guide teams, and ensure an excellent customer experience across shifts.

You’ll work within our defined availability windows, earning £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and options starting at 12 hours.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
