Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead position in the United Kingdom requires leading the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, across all areas with a focus on service and teamwork. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling and a proactive approach to daily store operations.

You will be the on-site leader in the Manager’s absence, coaching peers and driving inclusive, customer‑centred service throughout the shift.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks notice of your shifts.

You will be responsible for
