Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to lead a store team and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will work across store areas, coach colleagues, and step in for the Manager when needed. Roles are designed with flexibility, minimum 16 hours a week, and eligibility requirements including being 18 or older.

Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores; some locations may offer additional payments. You’ll schedule hours within provided availability windows.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
