Tesco Shift Lead role in our store network. You will lead the team to deliver a great in-store experience, manage day-to-day queries, and support colleagues across departments.

Hours are scheduled within published availability windows with a minimum 16 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Applicants must be 18 or over and committed to delivering excellent service.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
