Tesco is hiring a Shift Leader for days at the Amesbury Superstore. You’ll lead a team across store areas, guiding day-to-day operations and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires prior team leadership in retail, strong communication, and a proactive approach to service and collaboration.

The position offers weekday and weekend daytime hours, a focus on inclusive teamwork, and opportunities to grow with Tesco. You must be 18 or over to apply.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
