Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise store operations and lead a team in delivering excellent customer service. You’ll coordinate daily tasks, support colleagues, and ensure standards are met even when the manager is away.

Starting pay is £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week. We welcome applicants over 18 who are ready to lead in a fast-paced retail environment.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
