Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead opportunities in our stores focus on leading the team to deliver a great in-store experience for customers, across all areas of the store and with every colleague.

You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day queries, coach peers, and model outstanding service as Tesco works to be every customer's favourite way to shop. Flexible hours and a minimum of 16 hours per week are available, with pay starting at £15.59 per hour and rising to £16.86 in some stores.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
