Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to be at the heart of our store operations. You will lead a team to ensure an excellent customer experience, work across store areas, and support colleagues in daily tasks while upholding our service standards.

The role requires 18+ with flexible hours; starting pay is £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in certain locations. A guaranteed minimum weekly hours and opportunities for additional shifts are available.

Pay & Hours

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
