Job summary

Tesco PLC in Wilmslow is hiring a Shift Lead to lead store teams and deliver a great customer experience across all store areas. You will schedule shifts, manage day-to-day operations, and act as the senior on duty during the Manager's absence.

The role offers guaranteed minimum hours and flexible working patterns to suit your life. We offer competitive hourly pay starting at £15.59, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores, with additional location-based payments possible.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
