Tesco PLC is seeking a Shift Leader for Days at Leicester Road, Loughborough. You will lead a store team, ensure a great customer experience, and cover shifts within the posted availability. Roles include managing daily operations and supporting store leadership.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

You will need

• To be over 18 for this role.
• Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.

• A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
• A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
