Job summary

Tesco Shift Leader for Days at Measham Express is a full‑time, permanent role based in Swadlincote, Derbyshire. You will lead the store team, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure a great customer experience across all areas of the store.

The position offers pay at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and additional benefits including holiday leave, colleague discounts, life cover and a pension scheme.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

You will need

• To be over 18 for this role.
• Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
