Job summary

Tesco UK in Milton Keynes is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee store operations, lead the team, and ensure outstanding service to customers. You will be the go-to person for day-to-day queries and help drive a welcoming, efficient store environment.

You'll coach colleagues, communicate clearly, and act as a strong role model, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs and hours, while maintaining Tesco's commitment to diversity and customer focus.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
