Job summary

Tesco is hiring store colleagues to deliver friendly, natural service and to get to know customers in our stores. You’ll work within the availability windows, joining a team that values inclusivity and great customer experiences.

This role covers shelf replenishment, checkout duties and online order picking, with occasional delivery support as needed. Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, plus a night premium of £2.35 per hour after midnight.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
