Job summary

Tesco is hiring for a Store Colleague position in the UK. Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, with some locations offering additional payments.

The role guarantees a minimum of 16 hours per week and includes scheduling within the provided availability windows. Your duties include friendly, natural service, product knowledge, and flexible support across the store such as shelf replenishment, checkout, online order picking, and occasional delivery assistance.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
