Job summary

Tesco Retail in-store roles offer flexible shifts with a starting hourly pay of £13.28, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores. Minimum 16 hours per week guaranteed, with some locations offering 12 hours.

You’ll help customers across a busy store with service, replenishment and checkout duties, while enjoying a supportive team environment. Applicants must be over 18 and can discuss flexible working during the application process.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
