Job summary

Tesco in Basildon is hiring a store colleague to join our team. Your hours will be scheduled within our availability windows and you’ll help customers with a smile.

The role starts early, with shifts starting around 4:30am, and pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores. A minimum of 12 hours per week is guaranteed.

You'll help with shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, delivery assistance, and general store duties, always putting customers first.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 12 hours per week.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
