Tesco Colleague - Bicester Superstore

Pay: Starting at £12.45 an hour, increasing to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply.

Minimum 16 guaranteed hours per week; flexible down to 12 hours.

Availability Window

• Sun: 15:00 – 23:00
• Mon: 15:00 – 23:00
• Thu: 20:00 – 23:00
• Fri: 08:00 – 16:00

Shifts will be scheduled within these times with three weeks’ notice.

Responsibilities

• Know customers and serve them with passion and pride.
• Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services.
• Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
• Apply training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
• Make customer‑centric decisions and deliver routines that meet customers’ needs.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance, reduce waste and shrink, and drive profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality.
• Live our values and follow policies; be a brand ambassador.
• Accept deliveries into the store when required.
