Job summary

Tesco UK in Poole is seeking a Store Colleague to provide friendly, natural service to customers and support daily store operations. You’ll rotate through roles such as shelf replenishment, checkout duties and online order picking, contributing to a responsive shopping environment.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
