Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring store colleagues to deliver friendly, customer-focused service across our stores. Shifts run from early morning with a minimum of 12 hours per week, and you will support shelf replenishment, checkout, online order picking and occasional delivery tasks.

You'll be part of an inclusive team, meeting customers, learning new skills and growing your career within Tesco. This role starts with a 04:30am window and offers flexible working options where available.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 12 hours per week.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
