Job summary

Travelex Central Services, in partnership with Tesco Travel Money, seeks a Bureau Manager for the Kilmarnock bureau. The role leads a team focused on delivering excellent customer service, managing forex transactions and online orders, and driving revenue targets within a busy retail environment.

You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, review data for performance improvements, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures while providing expert advice on products and services.

• Putting your training into action and offering expert advice on our products and services.
• Following company processes and paying attention to the detail to ensure everything stays on track.
