Job summary

Travelex, in partnership with Tesco Travel Money, seeks a Bureau Manager for Ballymena to lead a busy bureau on a 6 month fixed term, part-time basis (30 hours/week). You will manage a team, drive revenue and deliver excellent customer service while handling foreign exchange transactions and online orders with accuracy.

Role focuses on coaching, performance management, and adherence to SOPs, with opportunities for training and career development within the Tesco Travel Money network.

Location: Ballymena, BT42 3HB

Hours: 30 hours a week

Salary: £22,838.40 per annum

Contract: 6 month Fixed Term Contract, Part Time

• Putting your training into action and offering expert advice on our products and services.
• Following company processes and paying attention to the detail to ensure everything stays on track.
