Tesco Travel Money in Prestatyn is seeking a Bureau Manager to lead a busy bureau and deliver excellent customer service. You will manage a small team, drive revenue, and ensure accurate currency exchange and online orders.

This permanent, part-time role offers 30 hours per week with a salary of £22,838.40 per annum and access to flexible shifts and benefits. You’ll grow professionally while upholding our high standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail or service environment.
• Proven ability to meet targets and KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness.
• Experience handling foreign exchange transactions is a plus.

What you’ll be doing

Leading, supporting and championing your team to deliver excellence every day. Working towards KPI’s and delivering on targets. Reviewing the data to drive performance and continuous improvement and celebrating success together. Ensuring the Bureau consistently meets compliance metrics, successfully passes internal audits, and operates to our business standard operating procedures. Working in a fast-paced environment delivering fantastic customer service, processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately so our customers leave happy. Putting your training into action and offering expert advice on our products and services. Following company processes and paying attention to the detail to ensure everything stays on track.
