Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Milwaukee UK to own a territory across Ireland and the UK. You will build strategic partnerships with independent retailers and wholesalers while driving sales growth and market share for the industry-leading portfolio.

Based in Northern Ireland with travel across all of Ireland, you will develop territory plans, forecast turnover, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver profitable growth for TTI’s brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years field sales experience in the Power Tool sector desirable.
• Proven track record selling to independent retailers and wholesalers.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills to grow market share and profitability.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and implement the Milwaukee growth strategy in the territory.
• Develop and nurture dealer relationships and identify new clients.
• Maintain annual business plans at account level aligned with strategy.
• Maximise turnover and profitability with existing accounts toward targets.
• Identify new opportunities through product range development and promotions.
• Provide monthly turnover forecasts to management.
• Communicate with management, finance, logistics, marketing, product development and customer services.
• Explore alternative distribution channels to grow the trade business in the UK.
