Are you interested in working for a world-class, multi-award-winning field marketing agency, currently holding the title of Agency of the Year?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join our fantastic company!

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday).

About us:

As part of the Dee Set group, Tactical Solutions is an energetic team of dedicated and passionate people delivering results and return on investment for some of the biggest brands in Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

What will I be doing?

  • Visiting the top 4 grocery retailers, focusing on developing strong relationships with key decision-makers to add value to the store.
  • Negotiating with decision-makers to increase distribution and availability, driving sales and gaining extra space where possible.
  • Identifying problems, opportunities, and competitor intelligence in-store as the eyes and ears of Tactical Solutions and its clients.
  • Following Tactical Solutions' proven processes to deliver professional, efficient, and effective calls within every sales outlet.
  • Accurately recording and completing all information on our bespoke tablets using our latest Drive software system.
