We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team!

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday).

About us:

As part of the Dee Set group, Tactical Solutions is an energetic team of dedicated and passionate people delivering results for some of the biggest brands in Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

What will I be doing?

• Visiting convenience stores (independent and symbol group) and grocery retailers, focusing on building relationships with decision-makers, with occasional overnight stays and higher mileage when needed.
• Negotiating to increase distribution and availability of the client's products, ensuring maximum sales and extra space where possible.
• Managing cash from retailers and reconciling stock weekly.
• Identifying problems, opportunities, and competitor activities in-store.
• Following proven processes to deliver professional calls within every sales outlet.
• Using bespoke tablets and Drive software to record and complete all information accurately.
