Territory Sales Manager – ENT (North West, England & West Midlands)

Our innovative portfolio includes capital, consumable, and disposable products supporting the evolution of surgical specialties and procedures within ENT. We seek an ambitious and hardworking sales professional committed to driving growth in their territory.

As a Territory Sales Manager within the ENT team, you will play a key role in a successful sales team dedicated to helping customers improve patient care and outcomes with our products. Your responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining existing business, and providing exemplary customer service with a patient-focused approach.

You will develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sectors, including key opinion leaders, surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals. Your duties will also include conducting product demonstrations, sales presentations, product training for clinical staff, and supporting cases in operating theatres.

The territory covers the North West of England, West Midlands, and North Wales. Ideally, the Territory Sales Manager will reside within this territory.

What you need
  • Training in a medical/scientific/technical field or a degree in sciences/business (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven success in medical device sales
  • Proven success in capital sales
  • Ownership mentality with results-driven focus
  • Drive and desire to succeed
  • Alignment with our Values – Integrity, Accountability, People, Performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial acumen, preferably with NHS/private sector knowledge
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Experience in ENT or Head & Neck Medical devices is advantageous
