Are you an experienced commercial professional working within scientific sales? Do you have experience working with distributors in the analytical equipment or gas generator markets? Are you looking for a new challenge with a specialist company that is quickly growing in Europe?
Our client is a rapidly growing and innovative business delivering specialist services within the scientific sector. Established over 20 years ago, they develop and produce tailored solutions across Nitrogen/Hydrogen generators for various companies. Due to growth, they are hiring a European Territory Sales Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities include managing current distributor clients, building relationships, upselling, and cross-selling to increase sales. You will identify and establish new business with distributors in existing and new regions, covering the UK and European territories with extensive travel across Europe. You will analyze sales data, provide reports on channel performance, and work with the service department to offer tailored solutions. The role is home-based and can be located anywhere in the UK.
To qualify, you should have sales experience with distributors in Europe, preferably in Nitrogen/LCMS—Hydrogen/GC markets. You should be customer-focused, able to build relationships, and develop credibility. You must be self-motivated, able to plan and strategize to meet sales targets. Strong communication skills in spoken and written English are essential. Knowledge of other European languages is a bonus. You should also be able to work independently and travel internationally up to 50%.
