Network Scientific Recruitment is seeking an experienced sales professional to develop and grow the defined territory across Wales and the Midlands in the healthcare sector. You will build relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals and educational institutions, and work with the National Sales Manager to develop business plans and secure new opportunities.

The role requires five or more years in capital equipment sales, a proven track record of meeting targets, excellent negotiation

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years in capital equipment sales, healthcare/medical tech preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets within a defined territory.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong planning and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Achieve sales targets across the assigned territory.
• Develop market share by introducing medical technology products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide quarterly/annual forecasts.
• Prepare and issue customer quotations and manage sales administration.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and trial equipment for key opportunities.
• Develop territory business plans with the National Sales Manager.
