LJ Recruitment's client is seeking a Sales Representative to cover Gloucestershire, based from the Gloucester branch, with autonomy to develop the territory and build lasting customer relationships.

You'll manage a pipeline, win new business and aim to exceed targets, with a £35,000-£45,000 base salary plus uncapped OTE, company car, pension and ongoing training. A proactive, commercially minded salesperson will thrive in this growing independent business.

Formación

• Proven sales or business development experience.
• Strong track record of building customer relationships.
• Experience selling to businesses, end users or in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
• Willing to develop and succeed within a growing business.
• Experience in powered access, plant hire, construction, equipment hire or related sector advantageous.
