Job summary

Booker is hiring a Retail Development Manager to drive growth in a defined territory by recruiting competitor stores and identifying new opportunities for existing retailers. You will work closely with Premier symbol operators and independent retailers to build relationships and trust that translate into sales and profitability.

The role involves a 5-day week with occasional weekends and bank holidays, and requires travel across the region to maximize opportunities and customer satisfaction.
