Booker Group is seeking a Retail Development Manager who reports to the Retail Development Controller and collaborates with a regional team to deliver the Retail Plan for Norfolk and the Lowestoft area.
You will work with Premier and Family Shopper retailers, grow the business, recruit new partners, and help underperform stores improve to meet contractual obligations. The role blends field work with being part of the Retail team.
As a Retail Development Manager you will report directly to the Retail Development Controller and work along side a team of RDM’s to form the Regional Retail Team. Your role is crucial in delivering the companies objectives through the engagement and delivery of the Retail Plan. Working closely with your Premier and Family Shopper retailers to support and develop their businesses.
Your day to day patch will cover Postcode areas in and around Norfolk and the Lowestoft surrounding areas
